I received my BA degree from Allegheny College. In school, my studies focused on languages, specifically Spanish and French. I also minored in Biology. I enjoy learning new languages, but I also strongly enjoy the study of science. My favorite science subjects are physics, chemistry, and biology. While in college, I spent a lot of time working as a teacher assistant on the topic of Chemistry. I worked both in the lab and also helped in class. I helped students better understand the material.As a tutor, I think it's essential for me to learn and understand how each student best learns material. Each student has a unique learning style and certain strengths and weaknesses. When I teach the material, I tailor each lesson so that the student is able to learn as much and as well as possible. My goal is to attend medical school in the upcoming semester. When I'm not learning or teaching, I like to continue improving my soccer skills on the field.
